Representatives from invited cities and towns who wish to attend should register for one of the three sessions. \nEach session covers: \n\nWho can apply — the 126 invited Indiana cities and towns with a population of at least 5\,000 residents and a parks and recreation function\nPhase 1 planning grants of $50\,000 to $250\,000\, with proposals due by 12 p.m. EDT on October 30\, 2026\nPhase 2 implementation grants of $1 million to $30 million\nDocumentation of a parks and recreation function\nSubmission instructions\, review criteria\, and next steps\n\nSlides from the presentation will be available after the completion of all three information sessions. Questions raised during these sessions and during the application process will be addressed in posted FAQs. \nAll three sessions cover the same material — attend whichever time works best for your team. \nImportant: The webinar invitation and confirmation emails will come from @indianacpi.org.
